The course will be delivered over two sites to experience both commercial gyms and independent personal training studios.
This course has been shaped by trainers who have succeeded in the sector to ensure a smooth transition for those taking the next step in their career in the fitness industry.
Learners will complete the Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and cover a range of topics, ranging from anatomy and physiology to programming and business acumen skills. Learners will engage in diverse seminars and workshops with current and successful personal trainers, with continual opportunity to observe, shadow and gain first hand feedback from current trainers and their clients at the course delivery site.
Once qualified graduates will be able to join the Register of Exercise Professionals at Level 3 and start work as a qualified personal trainer.
