Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing & Personal Training

This programme will enable individuals to develop both core and advanced industry specific skills through a blended learning approach that will include face-to-face delivery and directed home study online.

The course will be delivered over two sites to experience both commercial gyms and independent personal training studios.

This course is industry specific and the true value is shown through its design to compliment the Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instruction and Personal Training. Learners will engage in diverse seminars and workshops with current and successful personal trainers, with continual opportunity to observe, shadow and gain first hand feedback from current trainers and their clients at the course delivery sites.

Learners will graduate with an internationally recognised and accredited by one of the UK’s leading awarding body - Active IQ. Once qualified graduates will be able to join the Register of Exercise Professionals at Level 3 and start work as a qualified personal trainer.
