Entry requirements. Learners must be one of the following:
- Currently a regulated healthcare professional, or a final year student, where the degree included Musculoskeletal anatomy at level 4. (This includes Doctors, Dentists, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Midwives, Podiatrists)
- Currently a practicing Sports Therapist or Sports Rehabilitator
- Currently a practicing Sports Massage Therapist and hold at least a recognised Level 4 Sports Massage qualification or equivalent.

Is this course accredited?
Yes. This is a fully accredited short course via The Federation of Holistic Therapists
Does this qualification mean I can get insurance cover?
Yes once qualified this allows you to gain insurance that will enable you to safely apply dry needling. You are able to get insurance among many companies, including the FHT.
How is this course assessed?
You will complete 2 multiple choice tests online and practical assessments on your in person workshops. There are no written assessments required.
Do I need to bring my own needles and equipment?
No. Vector Training provide all equipment for you to complete your course with us. You simply need to bring a pen, paper, towel and a pair of shorts.
Does this course cover acupuncture?
No. This course does not cover acupuncture, which focuses on the 12 meridians. This course is focused on dry needling how to implement this into your business as a therapist.
